It has been a too long of a weekend, but i guess it's a good thing for me becuase i've done a lot of modelling in 3ds max.
Anyway i spent ages looking up and doind max tutorials and i thought i'd post one of the best results from what i did. So here is a gun, whiched is UVW textured and skinned.

To full view renders go to my other webpage-http://caroncc.deviantart.com/

I have a new webpage at http://caroncc.deviantart.com/ It's basically a gallery of my 3d work, which can be viewed better.
Keyblade
This was my second attempt at modelling in 3ds max from scratch. I used a tutorial, which helped me a lot and taught me at the same time as well. It took about 5 hours to create this with lighting, texturing and all. I like how max produces nice and easy renders.

Final render of the keyblade:
One of the reference images i used to model. The keyblade is a weapon from the Kingdom Hearts games and this particular one is the 'Kingdom Key'. I might model some more later on.

The nearly finished model, without any texturing or lighting.

Fully modelled, no texturing or lighting yet.
Textured and with lighting, but not positioned.

3ds max work

Started modelling properly with max. I did the shampoo bottle model again, but also added texture and lighting. I'm finding max to be quite easy to use. This is my third attempt at modelling in max. I read this one tutorial and it taught me most things about modelling, texturing and lighting.

My finished Medieval scene for 2D

2D Digital Techniques

Still going for the Medieval theme that i started on ages ago in Phil's lesson. I didn't like my first house building, so i decided to do another. Worked on this all night and i'm quite pleased with the result, even though i found it incredibly boring (compared to my character).

With the texture i partly painted them myself, got pictures and made the tileable and changed them a bit, also took my own photos of textures/ references and used them. I plan to add this model to the whole scene i was working on ages ago.
